This was our first stay at this property and we enjoyed it. The room was clean. Property was nice and well maintained. It’s a nice place for a family or a couple. It’s just few steps to the pool and just a couple more steps to the sandy beach.

Beachfront hotel… yes! As many amenities and updates as I expected from a Hilton… not quite. The bed was comfy, the majority of the staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool area was well stocked with towels and chairs. The bathroom was a little in need of updating and I really wanted that bathrobe that was listed as available.

The location was excellent. The pool grounds very nice! The exterior bar needs more shade. Our first room had light issues so we were moved to another room then that room had phone and tv issues, maybe back luck but still annoying. We were on the top floor with a view of the beach which was very nice. I would recommend the hotel. Bike riding on the beach was so fun. Very family oriented. Best girl at the front desk Anggun Wulandari..very helpful and friendly.

The cleaning staff was very kind and efficient. The servers at the pool restaurant were very responsive and helpful. We waited for a long time to be served at the breakfast restaurant, and the buffet was very expensive. The one gentleman preparing the omelettes was really talented, but he was alone with a very long line and no support. I recommend they create a self-serve waffle, stand for guests to make their waffles on their own rather than having to wait in line.
