We got a room upgrade to ocean front for free. Of course, that isn't the norm, but it was a pleasant surprise. All staff was professional and kind. Location was fantastic. There was plenty of seats at the pool available and never felt over crowded. I have no complaints about this property, the staff or the amenities. Very pleasant stay.

Very nice resort and staff. I wish there were more activities. Beach bar closing at sunset, Pool closing at sunset. No evening entertainment or activities. An activity director and staff and more entertainment, Musicians, DJs, Karoake, etc.... would make it feel more like a resort than just a a very nice hotel.

Beautiful grounds, clean property. We loved the pool and beach access. It's helpful to know that you'll need to pay to rent beach chairs unless you bring your own. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and we would absolutely return to this resort.

Property needs significant facelift. Rooms were shabby. Only benefit of $40 a day amenity's fee was the beach towels. You have to pay extra for everything else. Will not stay there again unless rooms are upgraded to a Hilton standard.

The location and view are amazing. We loved the pool and beach areas! We booked a Junior Suite and the room was underwhelming. We had two bathrooms, but the toilet in one was broken, loose from the floor and smelled terrible so we couldn't use it. The section of the bathroom where the shower is was so small you can barely open the door when you're inside. The finishes and details in the hotel are dated. The elevators, walls, doors, all need to be replaced or at least refurbished. We had an amazing waitress during breakfast in the café, and all of the valets were great, most of the other staff members we encountered were less helpful and seemed annoyed to be at work.

I arrived sooner than I expected because I was meeting friends but I missed them. But the associate at the counter went above and beyond assisting me. She was great! The bed was very comfortable, I slept the whole night, got a full 7 hours sleep. Did I mention the associate was great, I can’t remember her name, but she was from Jamaica.
