Check-in was easy and the room/bathroom were very nice/clean. I do not understand the showers that only have a half panel and leave a large opening for water to splash out, but it seems like more hotels are using those. The gym was nice and so was the rooftop pool (great views!). The hotel is conveniently located a street over from a lot of shopping/dining, is less than a ten-minute walk to the beach, and only a few minutes drive to things like mini golf and additional fine dining. I'd stay there again.

I was in the room 504. The door is very hard to open and close. It’s swollen. The clock in the room didn’t work and I couldn’t adjust it. The bed was very saggy and the room key. I had to replace at least four times because it wouldn’t let me in the room and it wasn’t my phone that it affected it. It’s a nice spot and the rooms are clean.

Room was clean, good location. Limited food and went out for breakfast. Limited choices and expensive. On a scale 1 to 10 would give hotel a 7 overall.

For the price, I would’ve expected way more. The hotel rooms are in need of some TLC. Beach access was the best part of this hotel. And the turtle talk was fun. There are quiet hours- which is crazy. If I would’ve known that prior to booking I would have never stayed. Not that I’m a loud person, it just made me and my partner feel like we couldn’t go out and come back after 11pm. Very weird. Staff were ok, not super helpful, and got a lot of different info from each person. Food was horrible, we ate once at one of the restaurants and then ate out the rest of the time, as it was very expensive for crappy food. Wouldn’t go back, other super nice places to stay on the island.
