Great place. Beautiful setting, convenient location and helpful staff. Really appreciate the ecological and community-minded ethos. The room was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. We loved staying here for the convenient location near U Hawaii Hilo and all the Hilo sites. It’s a great walk around Banyan Dr and the park in the morning. And there is plenty of shade for pool time later in the day once beach time is done. It’s only 7 min drive to the main shopping and dining in Hilo. Great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff!

Clean rooms, great staff, wonderful air conditioning, clean laundry room with multiple washer and dryer you don't have to wait. Kids love the pool as well. Only complaint is only one person or staff can ruin it for everyone else by rushing you while you check out and not seem to show interest or have time for your questions. Other than that everyone was awesome and everything was excellent. One more thing, even though one member of the family, 2 yr old dog, was not able to make it on this trip we appreciate SCP for allowing that family member be a part of our family stay. Thank you SCP!
