Very clean, older hotel. Great location near some nice parks, all things in Hilo. Only thing missing (and most places provide) was a hair dryer. I just didn’t notice it wasn’t listed on amenities, so my bad. All else was good and we would def stay again….

This hotel was perfect. Great room and great amenities. I loved the huge TV. I was able to catch the end of Stranger Things 😍. As a solo traveler this place was perfect. Free parking too.

It was a very clean unit. Comfy bed, and a good kitchen setup. Close to Hilo and the beach park. Very reasonable price to pay for what you get. The road noise was a smidge loud, but fixed that a bit by shoving a towel under the main door. Overall I would recommend.

I would stay again. It’s on a busy road, but it’s quite by 7pm. Full kitchen setup in the cabinets with coffee maker. Close to several shoreline paros with great snorkeling lagoons. My only complaint would be the sheets were a bit uncomfortable. Like using and old towel to sleep under. There are frogs in the area and are very loud at night.

First of all, they had the AC on BEFORE we got there, it felt so good when we opened the door! Second, we really liked the option that we could cook some meals inside the unit with everything they provided. Get fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender (!), portable double burner, pots & frying pans, cooking & eating utensils, bowls, plate, mugs, glasses.... We had to message to ask a question, and got a call back right away and problem was solved, we really appreciate that. We enjoyed our stay. Was very comfortable. Thank you!

Communication was excellent and check-in was very easy. We had a ground floor room, which was what we needed, but I think the second floor would have a view of the bay. Our lanai had a hammock and lots of visiting birds. The room itself was thoughtfully appointed. When you enter the kitchenette was to the left with a microwave, coffee maker, electric cooktop and full-size refrigerator. All dishes and utensils that we needed were right there, along with complimentary coffee. To the right of the entry was the bathroom. The sink was in its own room with a closet (including hangers, iton, ironing board, lantern and first aid kit), behind another door was the commode and full-size shower. Past the kitchen and bathroom was a large space with a super comfy bed, night stands, and lamps on one wall, and TV, desk, and dresser along the opposite wall. There was a sliding glass door to the lanai. Also, not every place in Hawaii offers AC and this room did! It was really incredible after not having it at another location. Overall, responsive and helpful people communicated promptly with check-in and out instructions, room was everything we needed and the location was convenient and near beautiful Hilo Bay. I also highly recommend Old Saigon restaurant nearby!!

The room was updated, clean, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen area well stocked with utensils, etc. A frustration was the poor WIFI connection. The TV kept buffering and personal communication was difficult and nonexistent at times. The complex is small with more of a small apartment feel, well kept, and in a convenient location.

The location is near everything the beach was walking distance and a few miles away from the airport and Walmart. The unit was clean and equipped with basic necessities. The AC works good. It would be nice if beach chairs are provided. Will stay again in the future.
