We attended a wedding at Larchfield Estate Homestead is a 5 min drive Staff pleasant, friendly very welcoming parking excellent room very clean beds comfortable 😊

The only B&B that had room temperature regulation. The room was huge, so was the bed. The staff is way friendlier and helpful than in most places we've been to.

Wonderful place to stay

Amazing apartments. Very clean and spacious. A peaceful location. Slightly outside of Belfast. The owner was very friendly and helpful. When we visit Northern Ireland again, we will definitely be back!

Loved this property, very clear instructions for checking in, room was massive clean had everything we needed. Only problem for us was without a car it’s a little bit out of the way and in terms of food delivery early morning late night was not the best or waiting times were long, but this is not the properties fault.

Just back from spending at night in the guest room. Absolutely amazing. Outstanding accommodation. Everything you could need. Really big rooms, very clean bathroom and the communal kitchen really well equiped. You definitely recommend this.

Very nice place to stay if you have your own transport. Place was spotless, quiet with lots of free parking spaces. Host said in the email confirmation to text them when we arrived, I did and no reply - did not acknowledge. Plenty of hot water, water pressure is great. Carpet is very clean.

Comfortable bed! Easy checkin. Great facilities. Large room. Quiet area. Would stay again. Full kitchen to use and large dining area with multiple tables. Free parking right outside and lifts to use. I did see a laundry room downstairs but didn’t stop to check the costs or if it was free.

Lovely place to stay

My room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean, there was tea, coffee, sugar and milk all provided. It's outside of Hillsborough so you will need transport to get around but there is plenty of car parking spaces and even space to charge an electric vechicle. Good communication and easy to undestand the locking system

Fantastic stay in quiet countryside

This 20-30 minute drive away to the quiet countryside was just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of exploring the city center of Belfast. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were extremely accommodating and answered any questions we had quickly. A full kitchen, laundry, and dining spaces were available to us.

This is a new built in a quiet place, very close to town. There are 2 fast charging stations for EVs. The rooms are very spacious and beds are big and comfortable. It's one of the best places I've stayed in more than 20 years of traveling.

Everyone who helped us was great. We got an email the morning of our arrival asking which room type we would prefer, but due to driving and sightseeing missed the email. Called the number on the office door and she arrived within 5 minutes to give us a tour of the facility and show us around. The "super-king" was just two twins pushed together which wasn't horrible but it wasn't the most comfortable, but it got the job done rest-wise. Quiet area, close to Belfast and Royal Hillsborough which had nice shopping and restaurants, and onsite parking for free with charging spots for the rental car was great!

absolutely stunning location and rooms. when arriving felt like we were driving into a new build estate. check in information had been sent to me on whatsapp however due to poor signal and crossing border into NI this message had not come through properly, but check in was easy once this little hiccup was navigated. Room was a fab size, beautifully furnished, with stunning views. Communal kitchen and dining space was clean and easy to navigate meaning we weren't confined to our room. Road nearby was a little loud into early evening and next morning, but did not prevent a good nights sleep.

Great last minute booking, wouldn’t arrive before midnight and i got a very detailed info email, arriving and getting into the rooms was super easy. Found free laundry and a shared kitchen. Even our late check out was possible !

Comfortable, clean and warm room

It was very convenient when travelling to the airports. It was a last minute decision so I only stayed a few hours and left at 4am to get my flight. It is warm and comfortable. There might be a person living in an apartment at the complex and he wasn't aware there was someone staying and he banged doors until midnight in and out to the kitchen until I went in search of, what I thought was, a window left opened that was causing a door to bang so often. I put a sandwich in the fridge for the morning and I noticed the fridge could be a little cleaner but I guess it might be hard to keep clean if there is someone living there full time. The bedroom with ensuite was immaculate with a large and powerful shower. The bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep.

Brilliant nights stay

What a fantastic stay I had!! Mechelle sent me a message on WhatsApp with the check in details and information for my stay and was at the end of the phone if I needed anything. Bed was so comfortable one of the best beds that I have stayed in, room was a brilliant size!!! Definitely will be back!!
