This property was excellent. The house has the most magnificient views of the area. Our room was beautiful and clean. Our breakfast options were plentiful. Our hosts, Valerie and Ken were very knowledgable about the area and their suggestions for dining and sightseeing were excellent. It was the best B & B that I have ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back!

We had a lovely stay at Drum Manor. Valerie was a great host, making sure we were comfortable in our room and then the next morning, providing a delicious breakfast. The rooms are in great condition and nicely decorated, including a freestanding rolltop bath! There are 360 degree views as Drum Manor is on a hilltop. Valerie gave us a great dinner recommendation in Hillsborough (The Plough) so would also recommend that. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

A shining example of what a B&B should be!

Valerie and her family are exceptional hosts with an exceptional property. We wanted a base from which to explore Northern Ireland and this fit the bill perfectly. Each morning we embarked on new adventures with our stomachs full from a truly deluxe, delicious breakfast. We returned home each night to perfectly comfortable lodgings with the makings of an evening tea (or coffee) and biscuits at the ready. You can stop your search now, you’ve found the value, comfort, and experience you’re looking for!

We spent eleven days in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, combined. Drum Manor was our favorite place we stayed, of our entire trip! It was a last minute decision to book and booking was easy. The accommodations were fabulous, and absolutely perfect for 3 adults, In the Hillsborough suite. The owners, Valerie and Ken were so accommodating, especially with my elderly mother in law, providing her with wonderful hospitality, while my husband and I went out for the afternoon! Their home is beautiful. The grounds are breathtaking and the village of Hillsborough is fabulous, with some lovely food options nearby. Our room was en suite. The beds were comfy. There was a lovely, large clawfoot bathtub in the shared bath! Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Tea and coffee aplenty and available in the loft area, just outside the bedrooms. I cannot recommend this B&B enough! It was perfect and I will absolutely visit the Curran family B&B again!
