Bad service !

Housekeeping literally banging on the door at 10:00am. We were still sleeping since check out isn’t til 11am . I didn’t answer til they kept banging and when I did they said if I’m checking out I said uhh yes but not till 11am! Never had stayed in a hotel of anyone banging on the door like they were crazy!! Then the bed sheets felt like we were getting bite up ! Never again !! We love motel 6 but this one is a definitely a NO !!

There were roaches right as we opened the door. More as we turned the light on in the bathroom. Went to the frint desk and they refunded our room and we went to another hotel. Service was great, condition not so much.

As soon as we walked in the place reaked of people smoking drugs. All in all won't be stressing there again ac was not cooling properly toilet looked like someone burnt it with a torch in places.

We were happy that our pets were allowed to stay without an added fee. We didn't know that this location didn't have an elevator so being on the 2nd floor was a bit harder to fir us to bring items in from our vehicle. Also harder when we travel with pets too. Otherwise it neet our expectations.

Absolutely terrible 😞

The hotel smelt bad,the reception area was rugged and the receptionist acted like she was being bothered. We were worken up by the fire alarm midnight because they were people smoking in the room.Did not get apology,i didn't sleep good and i had to be at work at 4am.Tv channels were not working, shower curtain was disgustingly filthy.There were people making noise through out the night.

Not what I expected

There were crickets everywhere inside the room. I’m not afraid of crickets, but they hop on you at night, it woke me up. There was also a lot of hair from someone. Hair in the sheets and in the bathtub. Not cool. The shower curtain was basically useless. After a shower, there was water puddles by the tub on the floor.

I’ve stayed at Motel 6 before and never had issues, but this location is the first time I ever thought of being in a bad hotel. Walking in, the place was dim and already looked like bad news. The staff were great and responsive, but that’s about the only positive. Walking into our room, the place was extremely humid and the AC was leaking water onto the floor. The smoke detector in the room was busted and filled in with a pair of dirty socks. There were also many insects on the floor by the AC. The shower is really the only saving grace, and the toilet was cracked and poorly filled in. It looked like it was at the end of its life. Unfortunately the bathroom had no ventilation, so after showering the humidity stayed in the room. My husband and I woke up sick the following morning and it was due to mold. I would never stay here again and wished I paid extra to stay at a better hotel.
