“No debe estar anunciado como Hotel de Southampton, está muy lejos de esa localidad y tuve que gastar mucho en transporte y el hotel está en remodelación”

“Solo habia una persona haciendo el check in, habia cola de 5 personas. Teniendo tres puestos deberia haber mínimo dos personas.”

“Good breakfast options, well priced rooms were adequate although the lack of air conditioning in the room was noticeable in the heatwave! Staff were helpful and a good location to explore from. Fairly basic but we had a nice stay.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here, every member of staff was friendly and exceptionally professional, Emma on reception was absolutely wonderful. Very enjoyable meals, spa was great. Beautiful and convenient location, I'd happily stay again.”

“Booked two delux rooms - one had coffee machine and bottled water second didn’t but beds were comfy and accommodated z-bed for 3yr old. Wouldn’t have wanted to squeeze second child in. À la carte menu for dinner looked good but food was not good wished we’d gone out to eat. Burgers were McD’s quality and curry all sauce with 5 small bites of chicken. Waitress clearly new and untrained. Spa not great either. Pool tiny because swim lessons in half of it, changing rooms worse than my local public...
