The staff was great, very friendly. The room was clean. It was walking distance (next door) to a grocery store and a farther walk into Hill City. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a large dining area to sit in. Being close to Mt. Rushmore and other sites was perfect. Only bummer: The gym is pretty lame and the indoor poor was saturated with chlorine, BUT we would definitely stay there again.

By far the best and most reasonably priced bang for the buck on our trip. Everything as advertised and then some. Friendly and helpful staff. Other hotels should take note on this...have your check in person know at least a couple of good nearby restaurants or shops. These folks pretty much knew the town from entrance to exit and pointed out some nice places to visit and eat outside of the obvious tourist attractions in the area. Would definitely book again.
