“Do not stay here if you value your safety or privacy. Front desk staff duplicated our room key and handed it over to an unauthorized stranger couple. We only discovered this catastrophic security failure because the couple who walked into our private room were honest enough to tell us what happened—the hotel staff and tracking systems had absolutely no idea they had compromised our room.When we confronted the manager, her response was shockingly dismissive and entirely unacceptable.
