Chose The Park on Main as a special spot to celebrate our anniversary, and were happy we did. More than pet-friendly, it is dog-oriented, including a very nice dog park and a bowl of small buiscuts in the lobby. Great recommendations for restaurants from staff. Highly recommended!

A very nice hotel, which caters to dog owners, but without the amenities of a full-service hotel.

Beautiful with one major flaw

The location is great, property is beautiful and clean. Bed super comfortable and beautiful room. The sleeper sofa is awful. The sofa itself is fine but the mattress is horrible. Better off sleeping on blankets on the floor. They did say they were getting new sofa beds. I sure hope so or stop advertising that room sleeps 4.

Very nice property but it is quite "dog-centric". You might want to look at other lodging options if you don't have a dog or if the smell bothers you.

This is a pet friendly hotel with all the extras for our puppy and all the extra creature comforts we expect. It's one block from the hot shopping of Highlands and great restaurant choices. Comfortable bed, thick and large towels, suite style rooms with balcony and a cozy courtyard for afternoon wine sipping.

Very nice property and great people and service. Underground parking was a plus. Price was high for me even though nice property. I would not consider this a luxurious property by any stretch.

Waterfall hiker stay in the Highlands

Cozy boutique hotel perfectly located for our waterfall adventures. The only complaint was we had to tote our luggage down a flight of stairs, but that was a minor inconvenience. The town of Highlands is small & we struggled to find food options nearby, especially for supper. I think the town may not completely open until the warmer months. Nearby Cashiers, NC was the same way. This was March 19-21, 2021. Dog friendly hotel, although you would never have known without the dog bed & bowl in the room. Very well kept.
