The hotel was 5 star all the way. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager was visible and offered dining, excursion and shopping suggestions. All excellent recommendations. Our suite was large yet had a cozy feel. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent from fresh berry compote to specialty pastries to imported coffee. A beverage bar was available 24/7. Breakfast out in the courtyard was quiet and lovely. The location was perfect for walking around town. We has a wonderful stay and will return again.

This is a nicely kept property in the heart of town. Underground or street parking is available and the staf extremely welcoming, particularly to our dog. The rooms are set up with a dog bed and bowls and if you are in doubt about how welcome they are, see the dog traets in reception. The only slight downside is that breakfast is linited to a very few items with not a piece of fruit in sight. We have stayed here more than once and all of the plusses more than make up for the breakfast.

We have stayed at The Park 5+ times when staying overnite in Highlands. It's a wonderful retreat for dogs and humans and has always been a pleasure. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our dachshunds love it. The ample sized running park behind the property is secure and perfect for your fur babies to explore and burn off their excess energy. Dog toys, treats and bedding are standard. Juices, coffee , cookies and water are free and available 24/7. Our preferred rooms are on ground level and upstairs.

We did not bring our dog but this a true doggie hotel. Rooms were furnished with a large dog bed and bowls. Dogs were well behaved and everywhere. A rooms have a balcony and the inn has underground parking. The Inn had a nice courtyard and a variety of bottles of wine were available for a reasonable price. The Inn is on the main street of town and very accessible to shops and restaurants.

The room was great, with a separate siting room and a big sofa to sit . the hotel is right in the middle of town and suoer dog friendly. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the breakfast. No fruit or healthier options, even the oatmeal had maple syrup flavoring. The bagels ended up being our choice. Good coffee and free water. Parking is free. Overall we would rate it highly and return.

appearances are deceving. 100% of the guests are parading around with their dogs and crap bags. Rooms though appear clean, smell nice and doggy. Hotel is not advertised as a MAJOR DOG HOTEL. It just says pet friendly. Thought it was so gross!
