When we showed up to check in, it took 20min to find the receptionist, 2 of our pillows were missing the pillow cases and one of our beds had a blanket missing. The bottom of the shower was all rusted.

The girl that checked us in was kinda rude but all the other staff was very nice. Didn’t have a microwave and the mini fridge was a little messed up but the room and bed were very good. Parking wasn’t that great cause you have to park across the street in a parking garage

Had tp change room due to not being clean and shower rod broken, phone broken, ..moved rooms and the glass was shattered on the entrance door that also did not pock...did not feel safe at all

The room was not clean when I arrived and staff cleaned it 30minutes afterwards.then ants was in the room next day,after I told staff,say they was going to spray,after coming back ants was still there No one sprayed.they put me in another room,which was clean but tv will not stay on.bad experience with them,never again
