Great stay

Stayed for just one night but would definitely stay again. Rooms quite small, but ample for our needs. The receptionist was lovely, really friendly and helpful; made us feel very welcome. Located in lovely grounds which we didn't have time to explore but room looked out over them. Lovely pub for dinner 10 mins walk away.

Good choice for a short stop

The hotel was very clean and well organised. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The room we had was not huge but plenty big enough for a 1 or 2 night stay. It had a balcony looking out onto the grounds. Breakfast was good and we had a great view over the golf course.

Seriously need to sort out the kitchen.

Receptionist was lovely and the hotel room was fine it’s just the breakfast there’s too many staff walking around clearing peoples tables before they were finished, Poor quality of food that was cold the Bacon was burnt to a crisp and I was still charged £14:95p after I complained. This place is seriously lacking a decent kitchen even the evening meals have to be pre-booked before you go in there. No bar menu either? Decided to walk into town (in the snow) and had dinner at a local pub.
