The Pack Horse Inn was everything I was hoping it would be. We were welcomed like family, the food and service were spectacular, and the room was beautiful! The bed is so comfy, the claw foot tub is to die for, and so much more. We highly recommend checking out the Pack Horse Inn.

Very good stay

Amazing experience. The Inn is in a very good location, surrounded by countryside and close to the start of many walks. Spacious and clean rooms, gentle staff and wonderful food.

Excellent for quiet relaxation

Service, food, staff, location - all wonderful. The room, bar and dining area very clean and staff smiling and very helpful at all times. Excellent place for a few days of quiet relaxation with wonderful views all round.

Second time we have stayed here just for 1 night and again our stay was excellent, we had a delicious evening meal even though it was Mother's day we were served very quickly and the food perfect. The staff are always so friendly and attentive.

Great staff, marvelous views

A very nice country B&B, couldn't fault the helpfulness of the staff, they were very full in the restaurant but still managed to find us a quiet corner to have a drink prior to setting out to tthe party we were attending in nearby New Mills.

Lovely stay

Beautiful, friendly and fantastic place

What a beautiful stay I had. A stunning pub and was warmly welcomed by the staff. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Food was amazing! Portions were nice and big (think my eyes were bigger than my belly). Breakfast was lovely too. Everyone in the place was welcoming and polite. Highly recommend this place.

our second stay here. Staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing and great value for money, you need a good appetite. Superior rooms are spacious and clean. Good selection of toiletries to use. Large bed, very comfy. 2 chairs in our room to sit and read, watch TV. Views are superb

You won't be disappointed!!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Pack Horse inn. The first two years ago and both stays have been great. The room is nice and has lots of nice touches. The food is first class and the staff were fabulous, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always helpful. Breakfast was excellent, ready quickly like all them meals we had previously and perfectly cooked. I cannot praise this Inn highly enough. We will definitely stay again.
