“Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...

“Eines der schönsten Hotels in denen ich bisher war. Es ist, als ob man in einem Museum übernachtet, man kann die Geschichte förmlich spüren.”

“Refurbishments are well advanced and a making a big difference to the hotel. However some of the finishing of the work seems rather poor. All in all, not quite up to the usual Holiday Inn standard. Bring your own shower gel?”

“Fantastic place to stay next door to the Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. Friendly and beautiful. We will definitely return”

“Wonderful room.. No TV, which we knew, and that was a pleasure. Staff very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them. The Wi-Fi will be needed, if you want the internet, as poor reception. Excellent breakfast to top it all. Third visit, we'll be back again, maybe next year. :)”

“Great place to visit. Will be back. Thanks to Loulou and her team !”

“Simple & easy to use everything. Perfect for overnight work stay”

“The roof in the bathroom had a hole in it and debris kept falling through it. We told the staff but they didn't do anything about it. Also the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the dining area of our room. The restaurant was closed so we had to use one 400 metres away in an adjacent building”

“The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!”
