スタッフの方は皆さん気持ちの良い対応で不満はなかったのですが、とにかく壁が薄くとてもとても不快でした。折角癒されにいったはずが不快で深夜静かになってくれるまでこちらも眠れづとてもしんどかった。1日目は隣の犬の鳴き声が丸聞こえ、それに誘発され我が家のワンコも鳴きはじめ大変な事に。２日目はとにかく上の階の騒音と物音が響きすぎて全く寝れず最悪でした。正直どんな作りなのかと恐ろしくなりました。

とにかく従業員の方のお客様に対する姿勢が素晴らしいということです。駐車場の係の方を始めとして、フロントの方はもちろんベッドメイクをする方までとにかく全てが素晴らしかった。唯一ペットを部屋に残しての食事だけは心残りでした。ホテルによってはペットをケージに入れておけば同席可能というところもあります。そのあたり熟考して頂ければ幸いです。また是非伺いたい施設でした。

ペットにとても優しいホテルでした。お部屋も綺麗でした。 ペット連れて外にすぐ出られるところが良かったです。 ビュッフェも美味しかったです。 また、ペット連れて使用したいと思いました。
