Hoteles en Higashiagatsuma

“Very nice facility with lots of outdoor activities. The facility was clean and the room was very spacious. I would recommend it to anyone and I would return.”

“I like the calm and the private baths. ”

“Kind and helpful staff upon arrival. Tried to charge me for my stay again when I was departing though. Maybe better communication between Expedia and the Resort or Hotel is needed.”

“Excelente ”

“Did not stay the full 2-night stay, I left 8am after the first night. Woke up and noticed I was sleeping on a pillow that had mold spots. Blinds were broken and dilapidated. A layer of dust was on the bed stand. Onsen was covered in mildew and water dispenser was covered in mold also. About a kilometer up hill from the bus terminal. The outside of the building looks like it hasn’t been updated or worked on in a while. Would not stay here again.”
