We always choose Hampton when we travel. Once again we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean, comfortable,very nice rooms, a good breakfast and the staff was just great! Would definitely recommend!!!!

So this particular location has a gentleman named Jarrod that went over the moon past what customer service means. I had planned an engagement weekend for months and the VRBO house that had a private doc completely bailed out last minute. I was able to find a room here at this hotel but Jarrod made it so much more than just a stay. Told him what happened and because of the changes that were forced to be made I couldnt use the doc which means I had no photo shoot or an area to lay the rose pedals. After finding another place to do the engagement photos, Jarrod decorated my room with the most heart felt welcoming with the pedals I had brought. He was thrilled to be involved with this journey and did an absolutely flawless job!! This Hilton not only made it possible to do what was needed for the engagement photos, made the night after the photos so much better! Thank you so very much!

I've stayed at this hotel many times and never once been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and personable. The entire place is very clean and well taken care of. The rooms are very clean, and the thermostat keeps the room at whatever temperature that you like. It's my #1 preferred hotel in Lenoir, NC.
