Was a lovely little place, excellent value for money. Was quite cold on the night time but wasn’t that much of an issue. Nice cafe directly over the road for breakfast.
The rooms have all recently been refurbished to a good standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable. Most rooms have walk-in showers.
The only thing to make people aware of is that it's on a busy road but it's quiet overnight.
Room hadnt been cleaned properly, wet towels on floor behind toilet door would suggest floor hadnt been mopped between guests and bins hadn't been emptied. Pretty basic stuff to keep an eye on.
Room was quiet and a good size, good TV options

Liked: Cleanliness
Comfortable Bed - No bath mat, Bath very slippery - Extract fan did not work - Toilet seat the wrong size or not properly fitted - Heating not adequate.
No breakfast. They told the agency 2 years ago but still listed as B & B.
No parking making it a nightmare .
Room cool. Excellent beds and shower room. No biscuits with tea making facility.
Poor value since no breakfast.
