Nice property. We wanted to be in Nuremburg, but nothing was available. My wife found this location and we were pleased with the accommodation's. Biggest drawback was the commute to Nuremburg. We are used to walking across the street to go into the old part of Nurenburg behind the wall. The parking is limited but we always found a spot.

Would give negative stars if it was possible. Rented an apartment room with a kitchenette as we were staying for a few weeks. Checked in only to find old food with mold in the cabinets. Must have been rotting for months. I brought this up to the hotel. They apologized and provided us with a different room. Fine! The next day, my mother-in-law checked. She received the same room with the same moldy food in the cabinets. They did not even attempt to clean. Needless to say, we were not very happy. No one took ownership or responsibility for this. We were pacified by offering free meal/drinks at their restaurant. Food was absolutely awful, but that's not the major point of this. Internet in the apartment area is a major issue as connecting is dropped ever minute due to instability. We brought this up numerous times. We were told they would handle it and follow up. It wasnt handled nor did anyone follow up. After a few days of poor service I reached out again and asked to speak with the general manager. He is worse than the staff. Zero accountability, zero ownership. As a matter of fact, while I was expressing my frustration, he attempted to interrupt me a few times. I had to tell the GM to stop and let me finish on multiple occasions. This man is where the rest of the staff take their cue from. No sense of service, no accountability, no ownership, no empathy. My wife and I ended up checking out a week early and taking our business elsewhere.

Sehr bequem und komfortabel. Parkplatz unbeleuchte
