The staff here is amazing! They were all good at trying to get to the know the guests and eventually recognized what me and my partner needed without having to talk. However, there were some facilities like the bathroom that were broken. The food here is fantastic and has a wide variety of cuisines to choose from! However, the only issued we struggle with was getting a reservation at the restaurant. Being as though it’s the only one outside of the buffet it was a struggle to get there. Would recommend coming here and setting up all your reservations early in the week. Mitsis Laguna leads with extraordinary service and has plenty of great amenities to make your stay worthwhile. Definitely recommend people to come especially with families and children.

Overall very good experience! Food, staff, and resort are very nice! We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness especially with regards to the room. I dont think they cleaned our room once throughout the whole week. They made the bed (pulled the bed sheet very quickly), changed the towels, but other than that they didn’t clean anything in the room. Mitigated experience.

Amazing stay! Great food! It’s extremely family friendly. Positive is that there’s 2 separate pools. Only downside was that the beach is rocky so couldn’t go into the beach water. Hotel, staff, amenties, entertainment is all top notch and amazing.

Absolutely perfect holiday

Absolutely amazing stay. Every member of staff were so incredibly friendly, the food and drink offering was extensive and food was excellent. The pool areas offered options for everyone, evening entertainment was brilliant and a pool party with a DJ was a big highlight. A la Carte restaurants were excellent and overall, a perfect holiday that I would love to do again
