Our stay at Cosmeen was perfect. We had a double room with city view with a balcony which had the perfect size for the two of us. The staff were amazing, friendly and always ready to help! The breakfast baskets were great, we could decide if we have it by the pool or in our room and pre-order via the app. The pool is very nice and quiet. The location was also nice very close to the promenade. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this boutique hotel in Hersonissos and would come back anytime. We stayed in the penthouse suite with the huge terrace and private jacuzzi — it was truly a dream and the perfect place to completely relax and unwind. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every single member of the staff, from the housekeeping team to the hotel manager Maria, was incredibly kind, welcoming, warm, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcome from the very first moment. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the breakfast concept. Every evening, you could conveniently choose your breakfast via the app and select the delivery time for the next morning. Breakfast could either be served in the restaurant by the pool or directly to your room. Since we had the large terrace, we enjoyed breakfast there every morning — absolutely perfect. The selection was extensive, varied, and delicious. There was honestly nothing missing. During the day, it was also possible to order drinks and food from the pool bar directly to the room or pool area, which was super convenient. The hotel itself was unbelievably clean — spotless in every area. Everything feels very modern, stylish, and well maintained. We were also very grateful that, despite our early arrival, we were able to check into our room around 12 PM already, and on the day of departure they kindly allowed us to stay longer because our flight was in the evening.
