The property has great wheelchair accessibility; however, staff should improve their customer service friendliness.

Breakfast was very good, but system to seat people could be improved to make itmore efficient so the waiting line is not as long during peak periods.

Quite spacious, modern and comfortable apartment with easy access to downtown Toronto. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel, nice restaurants, and pleasant staff.

The staff members were phenomenal, the property was clean. The valet parking was easy. The location was superb, we were able to get to all the major attractions within 15 minutes via car.

The location was great for air travelers, hotel offered 24 hour shuttle service to the airport every 1/2 hour. Breakfast buffet was offered starting at 6:10am which I believe is too late. Passengers are advised to check in 3 hours before departure for international flights and two hours before domestic flights. So, breakfast would only work for guests departing after 10am.
