Vacations Close To Heron Point Golf Club

This is not the room I paid for and I respectfully request a refund. Our unit was completely outdated, barely had any water pressure, no living/seating dining area, and 2 very run down beds with a miniature tv. No kitchen. The pictures showed a full bath, king bed, and couch with seating area, not to mention an ocean view with balcony. Our unit did not even have a balcony. This is wrong on so many levels to take someone’s money like this and I will be requesting a chargeback from credit company as well as continuing to review if not corrected. Please make this situation right.

I did not get the room I was expecting. Very misleading. You don't know what you don't know until it's too late.
