Everything was good, I wish they had a mini fridge in the room for the price. Almost 200 euro but no mini fridge. Quite disappointed with that. Other than that everything else was good.

As far as Scandic Hotels go this one is very good. Fairly modern and very clean. Easy parking and easy check in/out. The breakfast was nothing to write home about though.

Misleading room description

I ordered (and paid) for a twin room. I got a room with a double bed where an extra bed was put in. That is not okay.

Dårlig rengøring

Man skal selv huske aktivt at bestille rengøring, hvilket er en irritation i sig selv. Det huskede vi, men rengøringen var ikke eksisterende, beskidte håndklæder blev hængt op til brug igen, sengene blev ikke redt og vi fik ikke skiftet beskidte glas.

kaos ved morgenbordet.

Fin service i reception, fint og rent værelse. morgenmad med alt for lidt plads i forhold til antal gæster. ikke afslappet og nydelse omkring spisning for lidt borde , alt for mange ved ta selv bordet, hvilket gør man ikke kunne overskue hvad man blev tilbudt.

Ved ankomst ca 1 time før normal tjek ind, blev vi oplyst om at værelset var klar - men at vi kun kunne få det mod betaling af et gebyr. Et gebyr skal som bekendt dække en ekstra omkostning i forbindelse med en given ydelse. Her var ingen ekstra ydelse; værelset VAR klar, og indtjekning skulle ske uanset tidspunkt. Der er alene tale om skjult prisjustering udenom aftale. Morgenmadsbuffeten var utilstrækkelig, alt for overbelastet og uden pladser til alle. Ekseptionel dårlig logistikstyring og ringe service; kun fokus på egen merindtjening.

Tjek ind tog ca 30 min, da der var mange der kom samtidig efter stort event i jyske bankboxen. Værelset var rigtig godt. Gode senge og masser af plads. Morgenmad godt. Sød og venlig personale.

Skuffende at hverken Bar eller Restaurant har åbent når hotel er fuldt booket pga Final4 i Boxen. Dårligt at der ikke er gratis parkering med når man overnatter på hotellet. Desuden står P-vagterne klar da alle kom fra Boxen og parkerede - så de hurtigt kunne udskrive bøder mens mange stod i lange køer for at tjekke ind samtidig med de oprettet parkering. Det var koldt så folk gjorde det indenfor - men vagterne var klar.
