The room was nice and clean. They had a personalized welcome message on the TV. Breakfast was good. Had a good variety to choose. The only thing is I had a critical family emergency and had to leave only after only one night. The staff could not give me information about my deposit and refund for the day I didn’t use. I was advised to contact Expedia which I have not been able to contact.

The location is excellent, especially if you need to travel to Dulles Airport. The rooms were well maintained, and the breakfast was also very good. We did experience some confusion regarding the shuttle service, as we received different information during our stay. Clearer communication would have made the experience smoother. However, we were still able to use the shuttle service in the end, which we appreciated.

Adyan at the front desk greeted us with a warm and welcoming demeanor. He was so helpful in suggesting a place for us to get dinner and let us know they have a free 3 mile radius shuttle. We took advantage of that and Aydan took us and picked us up. So nice to not have to drive and worry about parking in a unfamiliar place. His suggestion was spot on. Breakfast had multiple choices and the coffee was hot. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that we had a great experience.
