Nice and clean overnight stay !

One night stay to pick up family from airport. Clean hotel , friendly staff , good service. Lots of nice restaurants close by including Houlihans inside hotel. Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that I didn't like was the unavailable microwave. I was there for 3 nights and had no way to reheat my leftovers. I didn't see a shared microwave on the floor. I would recommend that become a part of the welcome speak: I see you will be with us for X many nights, we have this restaurant...if you prefer we can bring a microwave to your room which is an additional cost of X OR totally free for our valued customer.

The most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel we've stayed with, including far more expensive ones. The hotel was also very clean, quiet despite being conveniently located by the highway, with parling right outside.

Convenient to airport.

This hotel is in a convenient location to the airport with a regular shuttle included. It is clean and comfortable. Location is good with numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Great Hotel with a few minor problems

Issues: I had to wait for the shuttle van for over an hour. I called and they kept saying 10 mins but there were three other families waiting with me for most of the time. By the time the shuttle arrived, there was an overflow that was left behind. Not sure what engineer decided to put the toilet paper so close that an average person had to slide to the side to use the bathroom because it wouldn't allow your right leg to sit properly. Pro: The staff, especially in the bar/restaurant area, were great. the check in was easy and dinner was fine.

No greeting upon checking in, just a blank stare. I told her I was checking in and still nothing. I had ID and credit card in hand she still stared blankly. Barely any interaction and finally got a room. Upon departure I handed her key and told her I was checking out, she just said ok. I asked for receipt, she said they don’t give receipts when booked by 3rd party. I said I need receipt for incidentals since they took my credit card. She handed me a blank paper. Hotel is outdated and smells old. Won’t be staying here again.

Launched Our Honeymoon Here @ Crowne Plaza

My wife and I chose Crowne Plaza for a one night stay so we could be close by to Dulles Airport as we were departing very early the next morning on our honeymoon trip. We could not have selected a better place for this 1 night stay. We enjoyed the hot tub together with no one there other than just the two of us. Everything about our room was wonderful.

Good for overnight stays near the airport. Comfortable rooms matching expectations. Front-desk (check-in and check-out) was efficient and friendly. On-site parking may get full if you arrive late: ask to park in the reserves spaces for the hotel restaurant if this happens -- they were happy to allow this.

Accommodations were good not anything over the top. Hotel rooms are a little worn and outdated. Common areas are nice - mostly meeting rooms. Attached restaurant was good and convenient for breakfast and dinner/drinks. Easily accessible from the Dulles toll road with plenty of other restaurants nearby.

My overnight stay before a sat morning flight out

This was a nice looking hotel. Almost everything was reasonable for its price... However no microwaves in the room for over $150 per night?? Really? How am I supposed to eat the on site restaurant leftovers without getting sick? Other than that my biggest complaint was the Complimentary airport shuttle service... I asked a direct question, " if I want to be at the airport at 5:30 am what time do I need to be ready and waiting for a shuttle?" My answer was an exasperated" the shuttles run every half hour 24/7" which is a lie because if you want a shuttle between midnight and 6 am you have to request it specifically... Next my girlfriend was returning to the hotel after saying goodbye to me at the gate.... Every half hour turned into a solid hour and a half .. she saw a shuttle after a hour 6:37 am and tried to board so she could return to the hotel... She was told she couldn't board because he had to go get gas but another shuttle would be there in five minutes.... 45 minutes later another shuttle showed up and picked her up at 7:48... This shuttle service is unorganized, undependable, and rude. Between that and the lack of a microwave in the room my stay was not worth the price I was charged... Granted it was clean and the bed was comfortable but service leaves a more lasting memory and feeling

This is an old property that has been remodeled. It’s one of those jobs where you can still tell. It’s an old hotel. I don’t know how you really correct that. The room is very large. The bathroom is nice and everything is basically new. But it still looks like a very old hotel. Not sure what they’re doing with the Crowne Plaza franchise with IHG.
