Vacations Close To Hernando Oaks Golf and Country Club

Mixed review. Great real estate. Rooms are crap. Place needs a deep renovation or knocked down. Need better pillows. Restaurant is solid.

My daughter and I recently stayed. The property was overall good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated and could use a refresh. The bed was comfy, there were some stains on the floor and some peeling paint. The biggest negative was there were tiny little gnats crawling on the sinks so we were a little cautious about wanting to put our stuff on the counter. The property was nice, but if you don’t have a car and have to rely on ubers or the trolley it gets expensive as this hotel isn’t near much in walking distance.

The room was clean but the floor could have been cleaner. I took my shoes off at the door but I still had to keep a towel by the bed to wipe my feet before getting into bed. I was there to for a short stay and didn't really get to use the amenities because I was busy elsewhere. But it seems like they would be nice if I was actually there for relaxation and fun. Didn't love that I had to pay for parking on top of resort fees and accommodations cost.

Loved that the beach chairs, towels and umbrella were included with the room. The beach bar was handy for drinks and a snack as well. Pool was nice and plenty of loungers.
