Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise since I had not requested it. This thoughtful gesture exceeded my expectations and demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my visit. The attention to detail and customer care throughout my stay was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent facilities, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality makes it one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I've stayed at Hotel Lucerna a handful of times over the years and it is probably my go-to in Hermosillo. The location is solid, it's great value for money, and the breakfast is good. The only thing I would suggest is that management make water and coffee available in the lobby for free. I am sure I'll be back multiple times in the years to come.
