The staff and place are good. My only complaint is that the rooms are very dark. There are only a couple of headboard lamps and a desk lamp. That’s it. Not enough at night. And room service closes very early

I like staying at Fiesta Americana because its convenient for me on my business trips. I like that a lot of the staff speaks English and the restaurants are good to eat at. Parking is secure and safe.

I booked in this hotel to rest from my trip. I was very frustrated cause this bar was very loud within the hotel facilities and the noise was really high. I slept only 3 hours that night. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to get a proper rest.

I was charged on 4/12 the first nights stay. When I booked my room for November. The hotel did not credit that payment so I have been over charged. The front desk was terrible they were clueless even though I should them I had paid for the stay. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back.

I´ve stayed here many times. The overall design is excellent, but things need to be refreshed a bit. Only one elevator was working, and many surfaces need to be updated. Service was generally quite good, but I have a minor complaint: why did the saxophone player walk through the dining room with a microphone and speaker system? It´s a small room, and saxophones are loud. Removing the audio system would have given the musician much more contact with guests as he walked through the room. And the red checked table cloths looked cheesy within the modernist architecture. Still hands-down the best hotel in Hermosillo. I´ll be back.
