Even though you are close to the highway, the room was quiet. Staff was extremely helpful and professional during our stay. Abundant free parking. We would happily stay there again

I picked this property for this trip for several reasons: well-known high quality brand, proximity to the airport, proximity to the train station (which we ended up not using, but knowing it was there gave us options), and the fact that I got a good deal on the room at the time. Room service food was excellent, staff was helpful and responsive. The room was very nice, with 2 large TV's (which we didn't use). Mini-fridge = good, could have used a microwave oven also. Maybe they have suites that have those, I don't know. I would definitely stay there again, and hopefully next time stay a bit longer to take advantage of more of the amenities.

I had been stranded at the chicago airport without a flight out and I was able to get a room there that was affordable, clean and safe . I was too late to try the restaurants. I could easily see using this facility for a meeting.m when we're bringing people in from all over the country. It is really nice.

Beautiful clean hotel, with parking, in the middle of the city, rooftop pool and restaurant/bar the cherry on top!
