Wonderful place to stay

Loved the hotle and bar. An amazing carving outside of a dragon emerging from a tree..local wye valley beers were great..no food being seeved but a good fish and chip shop nesrby which you could bring back to yhe bar area

Nice hotel with lovely historical features

Hotel was very comfortable and staff excellent. We hope to stay again sometime. Loved the historical building with original features and it's history respected and shown off.

Extremely quiet hotel. Clean, fresh, nothing to complain about. They didnt offer breakfast, but we knew that beforehand. Room was large, comfortable and warm. Eady parking.

4 Poster room a total treat!

Gorgeous building, 4 poster room was lovely with very comfy bed, and for a good price, very quiet, nice little bar downstairs, easy to park, staff were very friendly and welcoming, will definitely be back

An imposing building on arrival, and a friendly check in on Friday. Room 2 was lovely (the desk was a particular favourite, if only there was a price tag on it). We’d happily stay there again. The staff at this Hotel are incredibly nice and helpful. I was traveling with two friends on our annual bike tour. The manager was extremely accommodating about storing our bikes someplace secure and dry, which was sincerely appreciated. A great value for the money.
