The hotel was very clean and the rooms were in good condition. There was limited transportation around the hotel other than a train station that was 30 minutes by walk but, enough stores to keep us occupied. Would give this a higher rating if we came by vehicle/have transportation nearby. Overall a great place for a good price.

I don't miss keys

They sent me a message in advance that even though a human is not at the front desk 24/7 you can get into your room. That means a lot when I've experienced a lot less than that. Another thing good about their keypad locks is that they were very helpful about resetting the combination of my door lock when I misplaced my written card. It took seconds and stopped potential thieves who might find my old card.

Good for a short, no thrills, family stay. Room was spacious enough, beds were comfy, the shower had pressure and was hot. Free Wi-Fi. Free car park. Even had a tv which wasn't expected. Convenient location for where we needed to be that night. Overall, good stay.

Réception fermée à notre arrivée donc on s’est débrouillé avec l écran, le paiement par cb ne marchait pas on a dû sonner pour que le monsieur nous envoie un lien pour payer depuis notre téléphone. Personnel inexistant sur place puisqu’arrivé le soir, il n’y avait qu’un espèce de vigile qui nous a à peine parlé , trop occupé à regarder la tv affalé sur un canapé . La chambre en elle même nous a déçu. Pas super propre, insecte dans la douche , rideau de douche crado je n’ai même pas osé marcher pieds nus. Clim hyper bruyante j’ai passé une nuit horrible elle claquait continuellement. Je ne reviendrai jamais ! C’était pour une nuit pour un mariage à côté mais clairement on aurait mieux fait de passer notre chemin. On était juste crevé le lendemain après cette nuit chaotique.

J’ai galéré pour accéder au logements j’ai dû passer par les bornes qui n’était pas correctement fonctionnelle j’ai payer sur la borne ça ne m’a pas donner le code pour accéder au logement j’ai du faire appel puis après plusieurs échange avec différents interlocuteur j’ai dû payer finalement en ligne sur mon téléphone qui me font 2 prélèvements vu que j’avais déjà payer sur la borne
