Brilliant located hotel

Room was ready early which was wonderful as it was very hot and humid. No extra charge for early check in. All staff were very friendly. Room was basic double but comfortable and very clean. Air con and safe included and showergel which was a nice surprise. Area looked residential and tired around but felt safe. Excellent location, max 5 mins walk to morosini fountain and centre. We will visit again - great budget hotel for short stay.

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of many attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The only minor drawback was that the hotel was a bit hidden, making it slightly difficult to find at first. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Smaller hotel in the city center. Clean, helpful & friendly staff. We had a quad room with balcony for our family of four, was perfect for 2 nights in Heraklion. Recommend adding their breakfast in in the morning!

İnternet and phone communicatıon were disturbed in the hotel room, Receptıon was close after 10 pm Also it was difficult to find the locatıon of the hotel easily, We left the hotel at midnight, because we thought that we would not have found a taxi for arriving to AirPort at 4.00 am .
