Located a mere 5 min walk from old town, this resort does not disappoint! Parking is included as well as an amazing buffet breakfast which includes many à la carte items. The pool is a definite bonus for a break after a long day of sightseeing. Front desk staff are amazing! This a great place to stay in Heraklion!!

What a beautiful hotel just minutes from the port and the central area. We easily walked over from the ferry, and it was simple to launch explorations of the city and its surrounding areas from this location. The staff are very attentive, and the drinks at the bar after a day of touring are well prepared. We also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, which was a perfect conclusion to our 15-day tour of Greece. Recommend if you are coming to Heraklion!

Amazing hotel! Front desk, spa staff & lobby bartender were so nice and helpful! Rooms are amazing with balconies, fridge, and iPad controlled. Bellhop came outside and helped with parking right across the street & our luggage! They even have a pillow menu! Best part were the reasonable prices of the spa services (best massage ever) especially for the 5 star quality amenities - sauna, pools, jacuzzi, manicures etc. 5 minute walk to Lions Square for shopping & restaurants although the bar onsite in the lobby & on the roof are full service. The rooftop patio & pool are incredible. & the onsite gym. This place is amazing . King beds were separated ahead of time at our request. We will definitely return!

I booked this hotel because it has both indoor pool and outdoor pool - however, the outdoor pool was closed (not noted in the add) and the indoor pool is available for 1hour each day and must be booked in advance, otherwise it’s pay by the hour because it’s part of the spa - also not noted in the add. The balcony was there but had a view of a brick wall. On the up side, the staff were really helpful and courteous and the luggage storage was useful. All in all not worthy the price I paid at all.

Excellent hotel hidden between old buildings and small streets. You drive up to a beautiful hotel with parking! We were always greeted with warm smiles and kindness. We received a free upgrade and a welcome drink with dessert in the room. Everything is brand new, clean, smells great and feels like luxury. They have a wonderful spa with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. On the rooftop you can enjoy the outdoor pool and a sunset dinner. Breakfast is exceptional and made to order! I have to mention the wonderful manager, Denia! She was always making sure staff was on point. Can't wait to visit again!

On a quick visit to Crete we stayed here and enjoyed the property. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast has good warm and cold options with fresh fruit and cafe quality coffee options. Its located very close to the city center of Heraklion, very easy walking to shopping and dining options. The view from our balcony was not great, but we were doing more exploring than sitting in the room. The neighborhood might appear to have some run down areas, but it felt really safe. Would highly recommend this property.

We went to a one week trip to Heraklion and found via Expedia this nice hotel. It is directly located in the city center. Shops, nice restaurants and nice and interesting places to visit like the H Harbour are very close by in 5 to 10 min walk distance. The staff is very nice and always happy to help to give advice when and where to go. The rooms have a nice modern styling and are very clean and well maintained. Our room had also a nice balcony, with chairs and a table. The hotel does also have a spa area with a swimming pool downstairs for which a reservation is necessary. There is no reservation fee for guests. We thought it is a good idea, that a reservation needs to be done, so the experience is nicer, because there is no risk, that the area might be overcrowded. An additional nice Pool is on the roof top with the roof top bar right next located to it. The roof top pool does not need a reservation. In summary, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will for sure come back for another stay in the future to visit Heraklion again.

Ich hatte ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende im Hotel. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Essen war mega gut und das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Ich war etwas zu früh zum Check-in da, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Ich durfte in der Bar warten und bekam sogar ein Getränk vom Hotel offeriert – das fand ich eine sehr schöne und aufmerksame Geste. Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit sehr wohlgefühlt und kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Très bon accueil. Très bon séjour. Même si l’environnement ne donne pas bonne impression au premier abord. L’hôtel est top et se rattrape largement avec ces belles prestations… vraiment nickel ! Accessible à tous a pied. Et en même temps c’est un hôtel en plein centre avec des immeubles autour mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé dans la mesure où c’était très calme. Je le recommande, il vaut la peine. Le personnel est vraiment gentil… tous !
