Great breakfast and helpful staff. Good location in Heppenhiem. Parking was very helpful and there is shopping nearby. Comfortable beds. Had an issue with smoke smelling room on first day but they changed our room. Property could use a Reno, but does the job well.

Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend.

excellent location--parking tight and overpriced. Breakfast has come w/rm for past ten years, but now costs $20 pp. Bar and lounge nice w/excellent service and staff.

Made reservation for a room with a double bed and they only had twin beds available. They charged me an extra €20 per night to get a room with a double bed and the room we got was super hot. They had AC but it did not work, bed was also not very comfortable.

I stayed for one night here without breakfast as I was on my way to Frankfurt Airport Area. The room did not have fridge but could not get any ice from reception. The room was great. My problem was with the car park, it had steel plates in the driveway which has no meaning or value . These steel plates are irritating .They can also damage your car if it is low level car.

Das Hotel liegt gut in der Nähe des Markplatzes. Das angebotene Frühstück entsprach voll den Erwartungen für ein Dreisternehauses. Auch klasse ist die Wasserstation, die sich im EG befindet. Im Sachen Sauberkeit und Wartung gibt es Luft nach oben (Spinnenwebe direkt über dem Bett, Haare im Bad, Silikonfugen die sich über eine Erneuerung freuen) Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Alles sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt, eigene Parkgarage, Klimaanlage (!). Beim Frühstück hätte es etwas mehr Auswahl geben können, aber das ist schon meckern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem werden wir dort sicherlich noch einmal buchen. Spätestens zum nächsten Weinfest in Heppenheim.

Vi var her for tredje gang, og var som vanlig veldig fornøyd. Det er rent og ordentlig, men det som er viktigst for oss er alltid beliggenheten. Denne ligger midt i smørøyet, bare noen skritt unna et fantastisk bysenter med masse sjarm. Heppenheim er vel verdt et besøk, og da er dette et utmerket sted å bo. Vi spiste ikke frokost, så den kan vi ikke bedømme.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück jedoch ist ein Garant für einen schlechten Start in den Tag. Der Raum hat das Ambiente einer Mensa. Viele Kleinigkeiten lassen es unprofessionell erscheinen. Butter steht da als dicker harter Klotz, damit sich alle damit abmühen und zermanschem dürfen. Genauso ist der Käse noch stark gekühlt, so dass alle Stücke zusammen kleben. Rührei angerichtet wie ein großes Stück Teig. Die Behälter für Honig und Nutella werden teils leer hingestellt. Niemand prüft, ob auch was drin ist. Die Kaffeemaschine muss zur besten Frühstückszeit gewartet werden. Der Servierwagen wird vor der Treppe im Weg geparkt, genau dann wenn alle Tische unten belegt sind. Das hat uns zwei Tage sehr genervt.
