“Don’t bring a cat - there’s no room to swing it in the bedroom. And the TV was comically small. That being said, it was clean and tidy and the food excellent. Staff also very friendly.”

“The bedroom was excellent,clean well furnished and appointed. The only small criticism was that there was a lack of comfortable space away from the restaurant space and bar but as we were only staying one night this didn’t matter too much. The breakfast was excellent and the bar food,whereas it was well prepared, was a little limited in choice. We would however stay again.”

“Gorgeous pub & hotel, lonely bar, good was great, friendly staff, honestly found a little gem staying here. Breakfast was lovely, couldn’t fault anything about the stay, thank you for having us, all the way from Sunderland”
