“As this is a new hotel, all the appliances furniture and equipment is new. We had an excellent rest at this hotel. The property was clean and the instructions were clear on how to proceed with all the trash, laundry etc. It was silent at night and the shared spaces were clean and new.The personnel and staff were so helpful and went beyond to ensure we had a good stay. We are for sure comming back to stay there.”

“First of all, this is a great location. Very walkable and near restaurants. The restaurant attached is only open for dinner on weekdays. The building itself is historic and very nice. Good condition and we were happy with it. But, I am not a fan of the self-service trend-thing happening. For check-in, they send you a code a few hours before check-in time, which is 4 p.m. If you want/need to check-in earlier, you have to pay for it. All online. So, there's no person to interact w/ for any...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything from reservations to check in and check out went smoothly. We really appreciated cleanliness of the unit. The location was great. It was an easy walk to downtown Louisville and we also enjoyed the walk across the Big Four pedestrian bridge into Indiana.”
