Loved the ambiance. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. Exactly the kind of stay you imagine at a nice New England Inn. If you’re a fan of Gilmore Girls, this is the closest you will get staying at the Dragon Fly Inn.

What an absolutely fabulous inn! Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, the animals are well cared for, beautiful grounds, the food is incredible!! Comfortable beds, extremely clean... I could go on and on. Probably the nicest and best value out of any place I've stayed in recent years. We will 100% return to stay and also plan to dine at the restaurant more often. And we will be telling friends and family. Well done, to the owners and all the staff!!!

A long road trip to Maine required an overnight stay to break up the drive. I chose Colby Hill Inn over any chain hotel for its promising charm, mostly and restaurant. The building is old and dated but therein lies its charm. Rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. There are parlors on the first floor where a TV can be found. The dining area overlooks a garden where goats may be seen. The restaurant's food is delicious both for breakfast and dinner. The menu is not exhaustive but you won't be disappointed. Staff are very friendly and eager to make your stay memorable. I will keep the Colby Hill Inn on my list of places to stay again.

A lovely retreat in the NH countryside. The inn is nice and well maintained. Our room had that farmstead feel, clean, large, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is included and is excellent. We only stayed overnight, so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities. We definitely plan to return for an extended stay as soon as possible.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the bathroom- no safety rails in the shower,very awkward positioning of the toilet paper holder over one's left shoulder, and one must step up into both the bathroom and the very small shower without any handles to hold on to. This is a very old inn and the wood floors are uneven . In my opinion, room #1 is not suitable for senior citizens.
