Everything was very good for our particular needs. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and delightful. The food is outstanding. The room was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to stay at the Baskerville again. We can think of no shortcomings.
I was made very welcome. The bedroom was very clean, tidy and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. I did encounter a problem but this was dealt with professionally to my satisfaction.
Went to see production at mill at sonning theatre and this was ideal place (10 minutes drive ) to stay overnight
1930’s style comfortable bedroom young friendly and efficient staff superb freshly cooked breakfast free parking on site quiet
Close and convenient for Henley - especially Bremont nearby! Friendly staff, smart interior, good beers and wines, very good food. Smart, comfortable room, good bathroom with large walk-in shower.
We'd stay again without hesitation, very happy to recommend!
A very friendly, professional and welcoming team of staff who really looked after us. This is a lovely building which has been beautifully and sympathetically fitted out - top quality. Great service and a fantastic breakfast.
From the time we booked in until the time we left, the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and dining facilities were excellent. There were plenty of people eating during the evening which is it’s own recommendation for the menu. The only reason we slightly down rated for comfort was we are currently going through some very high temperatures which did not help for a comfortable sleep. However unless they could install air conditioning, which I would believe is totally impractical for the number of days we suffer these temperatures in the Uk, this rarity would not detract from my recommendation for this hotel.
First post-lockdown weekend away. Staff were excellent from first to last. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived. Room was pleasant as was the breakfast. We'll be back.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Rooms a bit dated but comfortable enough. Family room has very noisy generator outside and bathroom very small and hot. Staff lovely, food great quality but menu a little limited. Good choice of wines and nice quality.
Just a one night stay but couldn't have been better. The welcome was warm and friendly, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and service was excellent,
What a lovely stay we had, checkin, the bar and the room was fabulous and all Covid regulation adhered to strictly, breakfast was excellent too, we will be back soon.
Thank you
Wonderful pub, serving excellent food, accommodation was superb, the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, would thoroughly recommend this pub.
