There are some good things about this hotel but overall I don’t think it deserves 5 stars. The best thing about it is the location, it’s got its own beach access and is also an easy walk to Kenting street. The pool is also nice, although they close it in the middle of the day for cleaning. They have a lot of amenities, but most of them were closed while we were there. The food was just ok. The staff was a mixed bag, some were friendly and helpful but others couldn’t be bothered. The building looks a bit old. Overall the location and pool kept us from regretting our choice much, but I don’t think I would stay here again.

We had a great stay here. Room was enormous and very clean. Little beach by the hotel is lovely, very peaceful and clean. Hotel is walking distance to the night market and restaurants. Kids loved the pool and game room.

The front desk staff were nice enough to switch us to a different room once we told them but then the key lock for the new room didnt work and took us 2 different trips back to the front desk and another trip by the staff to fix the door. Very clean. Excellent amenities and beach access. Great for kids. The only negative comment is that the western style breakfast was lacking - No proper toaster and the bacon and sausages were soaking in water or brine. Other than that our 5 night stay was fantastic.

Comfortable and good value but free the deer!

Slightly faded and worn but still very comfortable and clean. Helpful and friendly staff and both the swimming pool and private beach are highlights. The only major negative is the deer enclosure, which is cruel to the animals and severely damages the hotel’s eco and sustainability credentials

Wonderful spot and view of the see from our hotel room. The family room was big and child-welcomed. The bathroom on the other side was not so equipped for younger children. AC and an open window to the balcony was the only way to cool down the room, however, no anti-insect-web was kind of the down side. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices on Chinese-cuisine, however, we couldn´t found any simple yogurt. The staffs at the reception were friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms to entertain the children and convenient access to a nice beach, but everything is just in a horrible state, we had to switch rooms due to the shower leaking into the room and the carpets are just shades of grey. Unsure if it's dust or mold but probably both. The restaurant in the hotel itself was also not recommendable in any way, you'll be better off walking 10 minutes to get food outside.

Our stay was a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the room, which was perfect for families with kids. The children's themes and ocean images created a fun and engaging atmosphere that our little ones absolutely loved. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were not many options available, and the quality of the food was not up to par with what we expected from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I would recommend the hotel consider catering more to non-Chinese clientele. Specifically, it would be great if they could offer more Muslim-friendly food options to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. This would make the stay more enjoyable and inclusive for a wider range of visitors. Overall, while the room was fantastic for families, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of breakfast variety and inclusivity in the food options.
