住宿前一天打來說電腦系統出問題，幫我們從二館移至三館升等房型，進房就看到接近浴室的房間地板凹陷，木板邊角還凸出來，浴室裡蓮蓬頭水壓不足，熱水要等一段時間才有，淋浴的地方旁邊有一個柱子，另一變是簾子，整個淋浴空間很小，小毛巾還破的...
