Our reservations were cancelled. The place was filled up with residents living there. False advertisement. Place is horrible. Someone outside grilling, people shoes outside hotel room. Had to go to another hotel. Clerk informed me reservations were cancelled which was not true

Stay was average until checkout, staff was combative and had limited English. There was a mix-up in the days and staff was not willing to correct the issue even with the call and documentation from Expedia.

The picture on the website was nothing as it was. I booked and paid extra for a non smoking room the fri t desk refused to give me a non smoking room. The room was disgusting and cigarette burns all over the comforter

Getting me a lawyer

The room was booked at like 8pm that night which I thought was a great deal except when I hit direction to the hotel it was in another state from where I was so I reached out to hotel.com and even the hotel where I paid for the stay they kept saying you need to reach out to hotel for cancellation but the hotel would say you need to reach out to hotel.com we where tired after the drive here just wanted to rest. But after purchasing a room again cause the app wasn’t any help nor the hotel now this is a $104 we are talking about and had to spend another $107 just to get somewhere to sleep and on the phone between the hotel and hotel.com say give them 72 hours to look in into their saying there is nothing they can do can’t reach the hotel…..,,well I say that is stealing from their customer and poor customer service

OMG.. THE WORST HOTEL EVER I SWEAR!! If I could lie and make up a worse stay I dont think I could As I was checking in the 2 people were literally badmouthing AA people one using the N word. They abrubtly stopped when they saw me walk in and showed a fake smile. It got MUCH worse. That night I was scratching and several times was awoken by COCKROCHES!! Turning on the lights I saw the room was INFESTED. Complaining the next dat the same manager claimed to not believe me and simply smiled when I told him I would leave a bad review. "Go ahead" he said. My Dr who I just saw now says the itching was likely caused by BED BUGS.... Looking to sue.

Reserved non smoking but room smelt of smoke. Pictures show pool it was filled with dirt and grass. Refrigerator didn’t work good ruined. Had to find towel when asked for on the second night. No room service came to clean our room. Loud music at 6 am on a Saturday morning from parking lot. Women standing outside our window talking loud at 1:30 am.
