Excellent studio for a quick visit or longer stay

Conveniently located studio hotel offering all the basic necessities for an overnight stay. The room had enough space, it was well cleaned and had everything necessary for cooking breakfast and evening snack. Would have for warm meals as well, but those were not necessary for me. Excellent sauna / spa area and safe storage for a bike. Only one small minus for a bit too soft pillows for my liking.

Fantastic modern, clean, and convenient accommodation with excellent public transportation options. The beds could be sturdier for heavier sleepers, but they are fine for 2 normal weight people.

Signs of neglect already.

The windows that open break easily and aren’t being repaired properly. The outside of the hotel is not being looked after properly. The garden needs attention and the hard surfaces are not being cleaned, in particular the steps that lead down between the two buildings. The iPads being used for check-in or not in a good condition either. Otherwise, the hotel is good and the location very convenient for me.

Noli Malmi: A great place to stay

Everything about Noli was excellent. The building is modern, clean, bright, and high-tech. The rooms are in excellent condition and extremely clean. And the check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy. In addition, the location for Noli's Malmi branch is great, as it's only 25 minutes to the airport by train and 15 minutes to the centre. Overall, a great experience.

We chose Noli because of its proximity to the airport for an extended lay over. ( 15 mins by car). The building is very new, and the spaces have been thoughtfully designed. The room was very comfortable. We did not cook there but it had the basics. The common facilities are a great concept if you are planning a longer stay.

This hotel is located in a prime location. The train station is literally across the street and it’s only about 15 minutes away from downtown Helsinki. Checkin was super easy, just follow the instructions. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There’s a laundry room available for free and detergents are provided. It’s overall a 10/10 experience.

A noisy and restless experience.

We requested a quiet room when making the reservation, but the room we were given was located next to the elevator. The elevator made a very loud noise in the room almost constantly, quieting down only during the early hours of the morning. This was surprising, as the hotel is new and you would expect issues like this to have been considered. During our stay, we asked the staff about it, but received no response. One night, we were also woken up by extremely loud music coming from another guest’s room. It’s probably a nice place to stay otherwise, but if your room is next to the elevators or you happen to have a noisy neighbor, the stay is far from peaceful.

Overall, I had a very good experience during my stay. The only remark I would make is that the pipes could use some cleaning, as there was an unpleasant smell, and we had to keep the toilet door open to help with ventilation. Other than this, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend staying here!
