Hotel staff were friendly and proactive. Loads of advice and help on the activities we wanted to do. They were professional and down to earth. Room very lovely. Felt bad bringing in dirty snow boots. Even better if you popped a mat by the stool in winter so my boots dripped in that. Bed delicious and had a great night sleep. I went to Allas pool before breakfast and worked up an appetite for the delicious breakfast. Lots of fruit and the barley porridge was delicious. It was relaxed and the staff were just lovely. Had a perfect stay and will look for this hotel in future. Thank you for all your help!
