This is a well-located and very clean hotel. The front-desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. My only difficulty was that I couldn't claim the single room I'd booked even about 45 minutes after check-in time because nothing was ready: I ended up paying 10 euros more for a double room that was ready. That was fine; the receptionist was apologetic, and I was able to ask for a double room on the floor I preferred.

The hotel is close to everything you want to see and do in Helsinki, yet on a quiet street. I had a one-person bedroom that was simple, but spacious and comfortable enough that it didn't feel like you were in a box.
