Rated communication down as i didnt receive the registration so could not access the property. Called the hotel and were able to sort. The hotel is a great concept. Lots of facilities to use, free access to a nearby gym and a cute polaroid camera to use during your stay! The laundry room is stocked and all available to use. All pf these are a great touch.

There was an issue with our stay but the manager Rebekka went over and above to make it right. The rooms and property is loaded with extras including a stocked laundry room, Polaroid camera with film, high quality tea, just to name a few. Bob W Kaarti was a great choice of place to stay in Helsinki. Although there’s no checkin desk, communications were really straightforward over WhatsApp, so when we had any questions, it was quick and easy to get answers. A really big plus about this place is the location- we walked pretty much everywhere- close to the harbour, close to town and close to lots of museums. Also worth noting that the levels of cleanliness were really high - everything was spotless. Plus, the efforts towards being environmentally conscious were another plus point. I think the value was also really good. Great stay - recommended.
