All over a really good hotel, however there were stains on the carpet floor and a certain smell in the room which was a bit unpleasant but apart from that, great staff, great breakfast!

My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.

No Cleaning in the name of the environment

Booked 4 nights with family here (2 adults + 2 young kids). Upon checkin, we were told that they wouldnt change towles/clean rooms due to environment concerns?, but we could reach out if needed. We asked for this + change of towels after 2 nights, however this was met with some resistance even from the cleaning ladies that wouldnt hand out new towels. We never understood why making someones bed is detrimental for the environment - but this is simply not acceptable service. The breakfast in the mornings was chaos - to many guests compared to visitors, meaning not enough seating and no one to steer the guests. No variety same breakfast everyday. The location was good as very central, which is the nice part of the hotel.

Savnet hovedtrapp opp i etasjene. Baktrappen hadde gitter der du måtte ha kort for å komme ut. Som nødutgang er ikke det bra. For ei som sliter litt med klaustrofobi var det forferdelig. Fant en vindeltrapp ned i konferanserommet som reddet oss. Der kunne vi komme ut uten kort

Överlag väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Fint hotell, fint rum, sköna sängar, vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget är fantastiskt, nära till allt. Städningen kunde varit bättre. Bokade ett superior-rum, och då är det inte så trevligt med dammiga sängbord och dammig hylla där man ska lägga sina kläder. Men det är också det enda klagomålet.

OK, men inget mer.

Hotellet är fint men servicen på rummen dålig. Tydligen städas inte rummen, vi blev informerade att säga till i receptionen om något behövdes. Tex tömma sopor. Vi sade till, då tömdes en(1) av soptunnorna. Osäker varför man har så dålig service på ett rum för 3 personer? Städning mellan gästerna kunde också varit bättre, hyllor jättedammiga och mattan på golvet hade röda fläckar på sig. Både rummets storlek och servicen motsvarar inte det förhållandevis höga priset. Dessutom utcheckning vid 11? Lämnar detta svala omdöme här, då receptionspersonalen inte ens orkade fråga hur vistelsen varit vid utcheckning.

j, Igår checkade vi in i rum nr 657 1- Ansiktspapper va tom 2- duschen var äcklig och inte städat. Plasten sitter löst och kommer ut vatten i hela badrummet. Äckliga och icke städat 3- super smutsigt matta på golvet med massa mat fläckar 4- fläckten i badrummet är dammigt och äckligt 5- trasig lampa i badrummet 6- servetten hade äcklig fläck på Stryckbrädan har stort fläck I övrigt var det sämsta hotel upplevelse för oss Det är en 4 stjänig hotel. Så mycket miss är inte accepterat Vi skulle önska snabb återkoppling och resolution

Jättefint hotell. Allting var långt över förväntan förutom incheckning där vi möttes av en "ung" kvinna som inte verkade så nöjd med livet just den dagen.
