From the pictures, I thought this hotel would be lovely and I was quite disappointed. The one word I would use to describe it is “tired”. The neighbourhood surrounding it is very nice. The seaside views are gorgeous, but even some nice flowers around the property would do a lot to enhance the appearance. The dining room felt like a mass low end meeting hall.

Skønt stemningsfuldt hotel med fantastisk udsigt ud over Øresund. Personalet er venlige og imødekommende. Vi boede på et værelse øverst med udsigt over vandet. Skønt at vågne op til den udsigt. Morgenmaden var velassorteret og der var god plads, selvom der var mange gæster. Buffeten blev løbende fyldt op og bordene hurtigt ryddet. Det eneste fradrag var at badeværelset var til den lille side. Det var lidt bøvlet at gå i bad og det var svært at undgå at hele gulvet blev vådt. Men det tager vi gerne med en anden gang, da hotellets øvrige faciliteter opvejer dette.

Opholdet var helt fantastisk ind til et arrangement som blev lidt for larmende i restauranten om aftenen. Men vi fik en fik respons på vores utilfredshed med larmen og det skal siges at det ikke har været noget vi har oplevet før. Fint måde at hotellet har behandlet vores “klage” på. Hotellet er fantastisk og kan anbefales.
